Commercial Roll-Off Dumpster Rental in Cincinnati

Commercial Roll-Off Sizes and Prices

How Commercial Rental Works

All Waste roll-off truck delivering a container to a commercial site

1. Tell Us the Job and We Deliver

Give us the address and what you are throwing out. Placement is agreed before the truck arrives, so nobody is moving vehicles on delivery morning.

2. Call for a Swap When It Fills

Fill it to the top rail but not above, because the auto-tarper cannot close over an overfilled container. On a long job we empty and return it rather than the job stopping.

3. We Haul It When You Are Done

Call or text and we handle the disposal and the paperwork. One invoice, from us.

What You Can and Can’t Put in a Roll-Off

The usual waste from a commercial job goes straight in the container. What is excluded is short: liquids, chemicals, refrigerant and anything classed as hazardous.

  • Weekend deliveries cost the same. The trucks run seven days a week, and a Saturday is priced like any other day.
  • Leave three to four car lengths. Clear and level, with overhead clearance, or the truck cannot set the container down.
  • The back doors swing open. On every size, so heavy material walks in instead of being lifted over the wall.
  • Changes are free with a day’s notice. Drivers roll before five in the morning, so tell us the day before if a date moves.

Allowed

  • Construction debris
  • Demolition debris
  • Roofing material
  • Office furniture
  • Store fixtures
  • Dirt and concrete

Lumber, drywall, flooring and shelving are fine too. Heavy material like dirt, concrete and roofing goes in the smaller sizes, so tell us the job and we will pick the size.

Not Allowed

  • Paint
  • Solvents and oils
  • Liquids
  • Batteries and tires
  • Refrigerant appliances
  • Anything hazardous

Ask us about batteries and tires and we will tell you how to handle them. If you are unsure about anything else, ask before you load. It is cheaper than a rejected load.

Where We Deliver

We deliver commercial roll-offs within fifty miles of Paycor Stadium. That covers Hamilton, Butler, Warren and Clermont counties in Ohio, Boone, Kenton, Campbell and Grant in Kentucky, and Dearborn, Ohio and Franklin counties in Indiana.

Past fifty miles we still deliver, with roughly $100 added. Tell us the address and we will confirm coverage the same day.
