Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Hawk Waste Solutions website and to the waste and recycling services we provide. By submitting a request or renting from us, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and Pricing

Prices shown on this site are our standard published rates for our core service area and include the rental period and weight allowance listed for each size. Final pricing is confirmed at the time you book and may vary based on delivery location, container size, weight, rental length, and the materials disposed of. Overage weight, extra rental days, and prohibited or special-handling items may incur additional fees, which we will disclose to you.

Rental Terms

• The rental period begins on delivery. Additional days are billed at the posted daily rate.
• You are responsible for the container while it is on your property, including placement, loading within the fill line, and reasonable access for pickup.
• Prohibited materials, such as hazardous waste, paint, chemicals, tires, and other restricted items, may not be placed in the container except as expressly agreed. You are responsible for fees or fines resulting from prohibited materials.
• We are not responsible for ordinary wear to driveways or surfaces, though we take reasonable care during delivery and pickup.

Commercial Engagements

Reviewing your waste and recycling invoices costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Before we can speak to your vendors on your behalf you sign a letter of authorization, which is not a service contract.

If we find a reduction and you accept it, the terms of that engagement, including how savings are shared, are set out in a separate written service agreement between you and Hawk Waste Solutions. That agreement governs the commercial relationship. Nothing on this website forms part of it.

Scheduling and Availability

Delivery and pickup windows are estimates and depend on availability, weather, and access. We will work with you to confirm a realistic window.

Calls and Communications

Calls to the numbers on this site may be recorded and transcribed, and by calling us you agree to that. If you would rather not be recorded, say so at the start of the call or contact us by form or email instead. How we handle recordings and transcripts is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hawk Waste Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a rental will not exceed the amount you paid for that rental.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
