Tell us the address, the size and the day you need it, and we handle delivery, pickup and disposal. Contractors with ongoing work can set up commercial dumpster rental with swaps and invoicing.

Choose from the sizes above or tell us the job, and we deliver it, usually within 48 hours.

Fill it to the top rail but not above, because the auto-tarper cannot close over an overfilled container.

Call or text when you are done and we handle the disposal and the paperwork.

Have used Hawk for commercial and residential jobs. All the drivers are professional, dumpsters were placed exactly where requested, and dumpsters were picked up on time when the job was done. Prices are better than the bigger companies as well. Vince, the owner, is a great guy and I couldn’t recommend using this company enough.

Fantastic waste recycling service
The usual things you clear out of a house or a job site go straight in the container. Roof tear-offs, remodeling debris, household clear-outs and yard waste are all fine at no extra cost.
Clean fill is brick, block, rock, gravel and concrete, and it goes to a clean fill site. Tires are taken too, priced separately.
Dry latex paint out with sawdust and it goes in household garbage. Solvents go to Hamilton County’s drop-off, electronics and batteries to the Cincinnati Recycling and Reuse Hub.
We deliver roll-off dumpsters to all 52 Cincinnati neighborhoods and to the towns around the city, from Cleves and Harrison to Blue Ash, Mason and Milford. Every town is in the list below, and we cover the areas around them too.
Our own roll-off trucks run out of the yard in Cleves seven days a week, with no extra charge on weekends, and they usually deliver within 48 hours. The prices above are averages for a 20 mile radius, so they change with distance.

A garage or basement cleanout usually needs a 10 yard, a roof tear-off or deck removal a 15, and a whole-home cleanout a 20. The 20 is also the size for dirt and concrete, and contractors with new build, renovation or demolition debris mostly take the 30. If you’re not sure, tell us the job and we’ll pick the size.
Dirt, concrete and brick go in a 20 yard on their own at $499 flat, so the load stays legal on weight. That is clean fill, and it goes to a clean fill site rather than a landfill.
Ten yard is the smallest roll-off container there is, industry wide. If you have been quoted something smaller, it is a different kind of container on a different kind of truck.
A 10 yard dumpster holds about 10 cubic yards of debris. Ours are 12 feet long, 8 feet wide and 4 feet high, with two tons of weight included, which is enough for a garage or basement cleanout or clearing out one room. A roof tear-off or a bigger cleanout usually needs a 15 or a 20.
A week comes with the 10 and 15 yard, and two weeks with the 20, 30 and 40. Keep it longer and it is $20 a day after that, and you only pay for the days you had it.
We run seven days a week, with no extra charge to run on weekends.
Delivery and pickup, a week or two on site depending on the size, and the tonnage that comes with your size. Delivery and pickup are both in the price. The prices are averages based on a 20 mile radius, and they change with distance.
The 10, 15 and 20 come with two tons, the 30 with three and the 40 with four. Weight over that is $0.04 per pound.
You get one number for the whole job, and many orders come in as a text.
The one charge worth knowing about up front: if the container has to be moved after we set it, there is a $300 dry run fee. Tell us where you want it before we leave and it never comes up.
Not on your own driveway, and you do not need HOA approval either.
On-street placement is different. Downtown Cincinnati requires a permit, and several other municipalities do too. We can pull it for you, though it usually moves faster when you pull it yourself, because the city deals with the address holder.
We check before we deliver either way. Impound fees on an unpermitted container are serious, and this is a common reason a delivery gets held up.
Three to four car lengths of clear, level ground, with nothing low overhead. A driveway is the usual spot.
You do not need to be there unless cars have to be moved or the access is tight. We do ask you to put wood down where the container lands, to protect the surface.
Some driveways cannot take a roll-off at all, usually because there is not enough room for the truck. Give us the address when you order and we will tell you before it rolls.
If your home gets City of Cincinnati trash service, the city will collect up to five large items, like furniture and appliances, by appointment. Book it through 311 (513-765-1212) or the city’s bulk item page, and set the items out the night before. Construction debris, concrete and lumber aren’t accepted, anything over five items is left behind, and businesses need a private hauler. For a cleanout or a remodel, a dumpster takes everything at once: a 10 yard is $399 with a week on site.
Tell us where it’s going and what you’re clearing out, and we’ll come back with the size and the price. Call or text.
