When it comes to business waste, you pay for two things: the size of your containers and how often the truck comes. Change either one and the bill changes, which is all that right-sizing means. We read the bill you already have, line by line and against your contract. Then we match the containers and the pickup days to what your building fills each week. You can keep your hauler and your contract. The only thing you sign up front is a letter that lets us talk to your vendors for you.
Where a site makes enough of it, equipment takes cost out too. A baler presses loose cardboard into bales you can sell instead of paying to haul air. A compactor packs the same waste down so the truck comes less often.
One local business was throwing cardboard, plastic and paper in with the regular trash. Moving that to a recycling container brought the bill down 60 to 70 percent. That was one business and one kind of waste, not a promise of what every business will save. Read how the bill review works.
Scheduled trash and recycling pickup for businesses.
Mixed-stream recycling containers on a weekly route.
Ten through forty yard roll-offs for construction, restoration and cleanouts.
On-site compaction cuts the number of pickups you pay for.
Balers turn recyclable waste into a bale you can sell instead of a haul you pay for.
A debris chute drops material from height straight into the container.
Liquid waste removal and disposal, with on-site holding when a job needs it.
Portable restrooms for your site, arranged alongside the rest of your service.
We read the invoice, right-size the service and negotiate the rate.
On new service we contract with the vendor directly and bill you one line.
We read your current invoice line by line and find what you are overpaying for.
Hawk Waste Solutions is owner-run. Vince spent twenty years in manufacturing engineering at Toyota and Johnson & Johnson, where lean means finding the waste in a process and taking it out.
Ten through forty yard roll-offs go out on our own trucks, with our own drivers.
Trash, recycling and roll-off containers sit on one account, and several locations can be consolidated onto one invoice.
Every service on this page runs through the same phone, 7am to 8pm. Trucks run every day, and a Saturday delivery costs what a Tuesday delivery costs.
When your business already has waste and recycling service, working with us starts with the bill you pay now. Setting up service for the first time is covered on our commercial waste pickup page.
Call 513-302-2162 or send us a recent bill, along with your contract if there is an active one. Before you see any numbers, the only thing you sign is a letter of authorization. The letter lets us talk to your hauler for you and commits you to nothing.
We read every line of the bill against the contract and against what your business throws out. We check container sizes, pickup frequency, the rate and the fuel, environmental and admin charges. You see everything we find, and you approve every change before it goes in.
Once you approve the changes, we split what we save you each month, measured against what you paid before. If there is no saving, you owe us nothing, and you can keep your hauler either way.
No. We usually work inside the contract and the provider you already have. Changing providers is one option out of many, and it is only on the table if it is the one that saves you money.
Only if the numbers say the pickups are not being used. We calculate service levels from your volume, your seasonal swings, which days you fill up, and whether recycling can carry part of the stream. If your service is right-sized already, we will tell you that.
That is the normal case. We usually work inside active contracts. Rate renegotiation, service changes and right-sizing are all available without breaking an agreement.
A copy of your current waste invoices, and your contract if there is an active one. Then a letter of authorization, which lets us talk to your vendors on your behalf. That is all, and it commits you to nothing.
Out of what we save you, and only after you accept the changes. We measure what you spend today, and each month after the changes go in we invoice half the difference. If the saving shrinks, our invoice shrinks with it. If we find nothing, you owe us nothing.
